INTRODUCTION

domesticated or selvagem animals have plenty of parasites whose transmittable larvae ~ ~ capable of perfect their vida cycle só inside their inerva host. Once these larvae infect naquela different host, consisting of humans, they estão usually not able to deixe de ser criança properly. In these cases, ns larvae may migrate through the visceral or subcutaneous tissue, resulting in lesions in a skin or mucosa (1). Therefore, the term Larva migrans is supplied to describe a pathologies caused by migration of larvae that usually dá not infect the human organism.

Visceral Larva migrans is rarer and normally affects ns liver in conjunction com pulmonary infiltration. It is usually caused by der larva of ns Toxocara genus (2). Cutaneous Larva migrans is naquela self-limited disease because a larva cannot mature in a human organism, dying after 4 weeks (4).

the etiological agentes found with greater frequency in this cutaneous infections are helminthes belonging to ns Cestode e Nematode classes, especially Ancylostoma brasiliense and Ancylostoma caninum. These parasites ~ ~ commonly uncovered in the small intestine the dogs and cats (1).
